     Haubstadt, IN - July 8, 2012.  Scott Weber of Festus, MO, snatched avictory in UMP Dirt Car Summernationals competition Sunday night atTri-State Speedway.  Weber's presence in the 29 car field becameevident early on when he ran second to Scott James in the third heatfor the super late models.
