Posted May 26, 2018

     Haubstadt, IN - May 25, 2018 -

The Hoosier Tire Midwest Sprint Car Series will be appearing at Tri-State Speedway on Sunday May 27th.

A sprint car race at a dirt track is one exciting and enjoyable means of celebrating the Memorial Day Weekend with the family.  This particular event is a triple header!  The “Memorial Weekend Classic”will present the UMP Modifieds and MMSA Mini Sprints as well as the MSCS Sprints.  The MSCS Sprint drivers will be battling for a $2,500 top prize.  Warm ups and group qualifying begin at 6 P.M. with racing to follow at 7:30 P.M.  Tri-State Speedway is located in the Central Time zone.

Two other popular classes of cars will also be competing.  The UMP Open Wheel Modifieds will be racing at the track for the third time this season.  The Midwest Mini Sprint Association will be making their first appearance of three at Haubstadt this year.  MMSA will be competing with wings for this outing.

Every time the green flag waves Sunday night, the race will be on. The corners on the high banks come up quickly.  The result is wheel to wheel action you will not want to miss.  Admission to the grandstands is $20 for adults, $15 for students, and children 12 and under are admitted free.  Reserved seats can be obtained for an additional $3.  A pit pass is $30.
